Learn basic steps and approaches for developing a QI project. Interactive activities will demonstrate concepts of QI and will help you differentiate these projects from clinical research.

QI frameworks
• Discuss and apply IHI Model for Improvement Framework for QI projects using examples
• Identify key principles in using data for QI
