Fundamentals of Quality Improvement Bootcamp Course

We will examine the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Model for Improvement framework, apply essential process improvement tools, and highlight examples and venues for sharing quality improvement work. Participants will have an opportunity to share and receive feedback on their project ideas and also receive a certificate of completion from SEMCME. Recommended for both medical residents, fellows and faculty of all specialties to learn the fundamental approaches for conducting QI research.
