About the Workshop
Incoming Chief and Senior Residents in all specialties are invited to attend this popular workshop to enhance their management, communication, and leadership skills through comprehensive discussions about behavioral and leadership styles, constructive feedback, and problem resolution. This highly interactive workshop provides residents the opportunity to discuss present day work life issues and participants will walk away with practical applications and strategies necessary to fulfill their new role as Chief and Senior Residents.
