Applied Quality Improvement for Program Directors, Faculty, and Fellows

This interactive virtual workshop will introduce faculty, residents, and fellows to advanced principles and practices of developing successful quality improvement and patient safety projects. The course also will address the importance of team approaches along with the importance of the key role quality metrics play in the change from fee-for-service to the pay-for-performance in healthcare payment models.
