The
purpose of the program is to provide an overview for conducting a QI project
and will help residents and fellows prepare for participation in the 9th Annual Michigan Summit on Quality Improvement, Patient Safety & High Value Care. The following topics will be covered:
Review of the IHI A3 approach
Using PDSA cycles
Following
the session, participants will have the opportunity to attend virtual office
hours with the course faculty and obtain assistance with questions specific to
their QI projects. Dates and times of office hours will be provided to
registered participants.
The
session will be recorded and available for viewing by all registered
participants.
