Target Audience:
All Faculty, Physicians, Psychologists, Resident Leaders, and Medical Educators from SEMCME Member Institutions
Objectives
After completing this series, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the specific components of Emotional Intelligence (EI) as they pertain to professionalism.
2. Understand how lapses in professionalism are related to lapses in EI.
3. Develop strategies to improve professionalism through EI skill training.
