April 19, 2023 - May 10, 2023 from 1:00-3:00pm

About the Workshop
Incoming Chief and Senior Residents in all specialties are invited to attend this popular workshop to enhance their management, communication, and leadership skills through comprehensive discussions about behavioral and leadership styles, constructive feedback, and problem resolution. This highly interactive workshop provides residents the opportunity to discuss present day work life issues and features nationally recognized Medical Educator: Hershey Bell, MD, MS, FAAP. Upon completion of this workshop, participants will walk away with practical applications and strategies necessary to fulfill their new role as Chief and Senior Residents.

Presentations will be held live over Zoom on consecutive Wednesdays, April 19 - May 10, 2023 from 1:00-3:00pm. All pre work, course materials, and Zoom links will be emailed to registered participants prior to each session. All sessions will be recorded and available for those unable to attend live.
